Alpina Carapax Junior | Kinder Helm

Wie der große Bruder: der Alpina Carapax Jr. ist von dem Modell für Erwachsene inspiriert und verspricht damit optimalen Schutz im Gelände für alle Nachwuchs-Mountainbiker. Das geringe Gewicht, die maximale Kopfabdeckung und eine lange Ausstattungsliste verschaffen ihn ein optimales Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Das geringe Gewicht kommt durch die Inmold-Fertigung zustande, bei der die Oberschale thermisch mit dem Hi-EPS verbunden wird. Dadurch ergibt sich eine feste Flächenverbindung, die für eine sehr stabile Konstruktion verantwortlich ist.

Die Unterkante des Helms ist durch die weitere Polycarbonatschale Edge Protect geschützt. Außerdem sind das Heck und die Schläfenpartie für die höchstmögliche Sicherheit auf groben Trails weiter nach unten gezogen. So entsteht eine noch größere Kopfabdeckung. Große Lüftungsöffnungen sorgen für eine optimale Belüftung, Fliegengitter halten Insekten vom Kopf fern, das Schild garantiert optimalen Schutz im Sichtbereich.

Mit dem Run System Classic, das mit dem höhenverstellbaren Custom Fit kombiniert wird, lässt sich der Fahrradhelm an den Kopf anpassen. Optional kann man beim Carapax Jr. das Rücklicht Multi-Fit Light für eine bessere Sichtbarkeit nachrüsten.

  • In-Mold Tec: unter hohem Druck und starker Hitze wird die Innenschale unter die Außenschale geschäumt; deutlich bessere Belüftungssysteme und Belüftungsöffnungen möglich; leichterer Helm
  • Hi-EPS: Innenschale ist aus Hi-EPS (High Expanded Polystyrol); sorgt trotz optimaler Schutzwirkung für extradünne Wandstärken und schmale Helmformen
  • Edge Protect: an den Helm-Unterkanten angebrachte Verstärkung; Sicherheitsplus beim seitlichen Aufprall und Schutz vor Beschädigung im alltäglichen Gebrauch

I absolutely love this lotion. If you want to keep your tan longer, and avoid immediate or even soon after peeling, this really works. To sum, it moisturized, prevented peeling and maintained my tan throughout the spring into the summer. The long story-- I began using this product at the end of spring, right after I returned from a Bahamaian vacation in the early spring. I naturally have a year round tan, but in the sun, I become browner and love to maintain that summer bronze glow that happens when I frolic on the beach for days. I knew it was going to be awhile before I could regularly go to the beach so I saw this product and decided to try. I used to not peel, but once I hit my 30s I began to peel regularly, after tanning. Once I started using this, I did not peel AT ALL. And, my tan did not fade. Yes, I still went to the beach with a base tan (which helps when tanning), but I am sure it would've faded quicker without this product. I also didn't start peeling until I ran out of this product. I use it everyday after getting out of the shower, all over my body. I have sensitive skin, and it didn't seem to bother it at all, and it has a light pleasant smell (not strong coconut-y). I highly recommend! Oh, because it's so light, it may not seem to be absorbing properly, but no worries-- it does, without clogging!
